Stocks tumbled during Tuesday’s session as trade tensions heat up between the U.S. and the European Union.As of 9:34 a.m. ET, the S&P 500 (^GSPC) sank 0.54%, or 15.60 points, while the Dow (^DJI) fell 195.28 points, or 0.74%, and the Nasdaq (^IXIC) tumbled 0.40%, or 32.76 points.Crude oil (CL=F) continued its rally on Tuesday, hitting year-to-date highs.
