Leicester City will face Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday, which means manager Brendan Rodgers will be returning once more to the place where he spent just over three years before being replaced by Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool are currently going through a heavy injury crisis. The season is probably over for centre-back duo of Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez, and Klopp has already ruled out captain Jordan Henderson and right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold. Forward Mohamed Salah is very likely to miss out too, having been tested positive for Covid-19 twice this week.
Klopp refused to make the call on midfielders Thiago Alcantara and Fabinho at this point.
🗣”They have got top class players that have been playing”
