Darcey, 49, will be joined by her fellow Strictly Come Dancing judges on The Jonathan Ross Show tomorrow night.
Seann, 32, and Katya, 29, were pictured kissing last week with the images of the couple in an embrace released over the weekend.
Following Seann’s former girlfriend Rebecca Humphries announcing the couple’s split publicly on Twitter earlier this week, a number of stars have spoken out about the kiss.
Alongside Darcey, Craig Revel Horwood, 53, Bruno Tonioli, 62, and head judge Shirley Ballas, 58, the Strictly panel discussed the infamous ‘Curse’.
The ’Strictly Curse’ refers to relationships that have ended after someone has taken place in the competition.
With a history of celebrities and their professionals entering a romantic relationship, Jonathan brings the discussion to how Seann and Katya’s kiss compares to the past.
Adding her thoughts, Darcey revealed: “I danced for over 20 years in the Royal Ballet and I’m still happily married.”
However, Shirley added she hadn’t had the same fate when marrying dancers, stating: “I was married twice and it was disastrous both times in my industry.”
Craig then told Jonathan: “It can happen in any industry,” after which he added it’s only highlighted on Strictly due to the stars being in the public eye.
Referring directly to Seann and Katya’s kiss, Craig said: “My point in this entire thing is, if you come on Strictly, sometimes you are in a relationship of course that is not working anyway.
“People, I have noticed, that if they are in love or are married, end up being absolutely faithful to one another because of that love,” the Strictly judge continued.
Remaining on the topic of romance on the dance floor, Jonathan asks the judges if they can pick up on a chemistry when they watch the dancers perform on Strictly.
Shirley admitted: “I think you can see chemistry. We want chemistry but we’re not taking our mind into that track,” deflecting any reference to Seann and Katya’s connection.
Darcey also added that some of the celebrities can act and use their skill to make the audience believe the chemistry.
Seann and Katya’s continuation in the show has been hugely speculated this week, with calls for the pair to quit after Rebecca’s statement.
Revealing his opinion on the matter, Craig told Jonathan: “My take was keep them in the show, make them do the Dance of Shame, if you like.
“If this does happen to you, you face up to it and you either, as they’ve done, apologise which is absolutely fine but get on with the job and show people what you’re made of,” the judge continued.
Earlier this week, Seann and Katya appeared on Strictly sister show, It Takes Two to speak about the kiss for the first time.
Speaking to host Zoe Ball, 47, Seann said: “I made a mistake which I am very sorry for, I’m sorry for the hurt I caused, you never think about he extent of the damage you are going to do in the mistake that you made.”
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6.40pm on BBC One. The Jonathan Ross Show airs Saturday on ITV at 9.50pm.
